To znaczy, że zanim cokolwiek stworzymy, zbudujemy, to powinniśmy przetestować koncepcję by sprawdzić i zastanowić się, czy jest słuszna, atrakcyjna i właściwa. Jest to szczególnie ważne w projektach innowacyjnych.
